According to the BCU publication collections, Internet resources and scientific resources available to the library, the following will be accepted:

Simple information requests, which require the formulation of a succinct answer, related to: the library’s collections and resources; registration and access methods; general information regarding the BCU structure; the services offered; any other type of references, in the coordinates established by the area of access and competence of the BCU;

Requests for information on how to obtain a thematic bibliography / on request

Requests for electronic provision of documents

Requests that require complex bibliographic research, but without involving in-depth knowledge in one or another field of knowledge.
